Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups of milk (whole, almond, oat, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1–2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee (chilled or at room temperature)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- A sprinkle of cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
- Brew a strong 1/2 cup of coffee and allow it to cool. If you prefer a stronger flavor, brew the coffee with a higher coffee-to-water ratio.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour half of the cooled coffee into each glass, followed by half of the pumpkin spice mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon for extra fall flavor.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, swap the regular milk for almond, oat, or coconut milk. Use coconut whipped cream for a completely dairy-free treat.
