Description

A creamy, crunchy, and naturally sweet frozen snack made with just 5 ingredients—perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet (10×15 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined sheet, about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Top evenly with sliced strawberries and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Break or slice into 32 small bites. Store in a sealed container or freezer bag.

Notes

Let the tray sit for 1–2 minutes before slicing to prevent cracking. Store with parchment between layers to avoid sticking.
