- 1 ball burrata cheese

Instructions
- Slice off tops of tomatoes and hollow out the insides with a small spoon.
- Drizzle olive oil inside each tomato and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each tomato with a spoonful of burrata cheese.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
- Serve immediately at room temperature for best flavor and texture.
