Ingredients

Scale
  • 6–8 Roma or Campari tomatoes
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 2–3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped or whole

Instructions

  1. Slice off tops of tomatoes and hollow out the insides with a small spoon.
  2. Drizzle olive oil inside each tomato and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill each tomato with a spoonful of burrata cheese.
  4. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
  5. Serve immediately at room temperature for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Use room-temperature tomatoes and burrata for the best flavor. Assemble just before serving to keep the tomatoes fresh and firm. Perfect for brunches, appetizers, or light snacks.
