Cute and festive Thanksgiving turkey cupcakes, perfect for family fun. With simple ingredients and an easy process, these cupcakes will be a hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • Pre-made cupcakes (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate frosting
  • Hershey’s Kisses (for the turkey head)
  • Reese’s Pieces (for the turkey feathers)
  • Candy eyes
  • White melting chocolate (for the turkey’s beak)
  • Orange food coloring (for the beak)

Instructions

  1. Frost each cupcake with a smooth, flat layer of chocolate frosting.
  2. Melt white chocolate and stir in orange food coloring to create the turkey’s beak. Dip Hershey’s Kisses into the orange chocolate and let dry.
  3. Create turkey feathers using Reese’s Pieces, arranging them in three rows on each cupcake.
  4. Place the Hershey’s Kiss in the center of the cupcake for the turkey head, then attach candy eyes using a dab of chocolate frosting.
  5. For the finishing touch, pipe chocolate frosting to create a beak and wattle if desired. Chill to set.

Notes

Use M&Ms or Skittles for the feathers if you prefer. Let the kids decorate their own turkey cupcakes for extra fun!
