Description

These Thanksgiving Rice Krispies Treat Turkey Pops are adorable, chocolatey, and kid-friendly—perfect for bringing joy and creativity to your holiday dessert table. Easy, no-bake, and fun for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale
    • For the Rice Krispies Treats:
    • 6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
    • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (divided)

    • For Decorating:
    • Candy corn (for feathers and beak)
    • Edible googly eyes
    • Lollipop sticks
    • Brown frosting or extra melted chocolate (as glue)

  • Equipment:
  • 13x9-inch cookie sheet
  • Wax or parchment paper
  • Spatula
  • Rolling pin

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in most of the chocolate chips, saving a handful for later. Stir until mostly melted.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal until coated evenly.
  4. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 13×9-inch pan. Place another sheet of parchment on top and use a rolling pin to flatten gently. Cool for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into 3-inch rectangles and insert lollipop sticks halfway into each one.
  6. Melt the reserved chocolate chips and use as glue. Attach candy corn as feathers on top, edible eyes in the center, and a candy corn triangle as a beak.
  7. Let set for 1 hour before serving or storing.

Notes

Add a tablespoon of peanut butter with the marshmallows for extra richness. Try dipping in white chocolate and topping with sprinkles. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
