  • Author: Liza
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 bowl 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A thick, spoonable strawberry mango smoothie bowl packed with tropical flavor, fiber, and topped with colorful, nutrient-rich add-ons.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon oats or chia seeds
  • ¼–½ cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen strawberries, mango chunks, and banana in a high-powered blender.
  2. Add avocado, Greek yogurt (or alternative), and oats or chia seeds.
  3. Pour in ¼ cup plant-based milk to start—add more only if needed for blending.
  4. Use a tamper or pulse in short bursts to blend until smooth and thick.
  5. Check consistency—it should mound and not drip; adjust with more frozen fruit or a bit of milk if needed.
  6. Spoon smoothie into a wide, shallow chilled bowl.
  7. Top with your choice of granola, nut butter, fresh fruits, coconut flakes, or edible flowers.

Notes

Keep the liquid minimal to maintain thickness. Mix at least one crunchy, one creamy, and one fresh topping for balance. Chill your bowl before serving to help toppings stay in place.
