Salt Water Flush Recipe

  • Author: Iris
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A natural and powerful digestive reset using warm salty water, trusted for generations to relieve constipation and bloating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt (Celtic or Himalayan pink salt, NOT table salt)
  • 4 cups filtered water (1 liter)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 jar with lid for shaking

Instructions

  1. Heat the water to body temperature โ€“ warm like a bath, not hot like coffee.
  2. Add sea salt and optional lemon juice to the warm water in the jar.
  3. Seal the lid and shake vigorously until salt is fully dissolved and mixture looks cloudy.
  4. Drink the entire mixture within 5 minutes โ€“ it’s best to chug it quickly.
  5. Lie on your left side for 30 minutes to let it work through your system.
  6. Stay near a bathroom โ€“ the flush typically starts within 1โ€“2 hours.

Notes

Do not use table salt. Best done on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Stay hydrated after the flush.
