- 3 cups salsa verde (divided)

- 1 teaspoon garlic salt

- 8–10 corn or flour tortillas
- Sliced red onion
- Crumbled cotija or queso fresco
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- In the crockpot, whisk together 1 cup salsa verde, chicken broth, and garlic salt until combined.
- Lay the chicken breasts in the mixture, coating them completely.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Remove chicken, discard the liquid, and shred with two forks.
- Stir in the remaining 2 cups of salsa verde and chopped cilantro.
- Warm tortillas and fill with shredded chicken, red onion, cheese, and a squeeze of lime.
