Description

An easy, light, and refreshing red wine spritzer made with red wine, club soda or Sprite, and ice. Perfect for warm evenings, casual gatherings, or anytime you want a simple bubbly drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle red wine (750ml)
  • 1 liter club soda or Sprite
  • Ice
  • Fresh raspberries, mint leaves, or a slice of citrus for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass generously with ice.
  2. Pour red wine over the ice until the glass is about halfway full.
  3. Top with club soda or Sprite, pouring slowly to keep the bubbles.
  4. Stir gently once or twice.
  5. Add fresh raspberries, mint leaves, or a slice of citrus if using.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use a fruity, easy-drinking red wine like Merlot, Grenache, Pinot Noir, or a red blend. Chill the wine first, pour the soda last, and stir gently to keep the spritzer crisp and bubbly.
