Ingredients
Scale
- 36 Oreo cookies (1 family-size package)
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 gallon cookies and cream ice cream (softened)
- 1 jar hot fudge sauce (12–14 oz, cooled)
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Instructions
- Crush 30 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Mix with melted butter until combined, then press into a 9×13 pan or springform pan as the base crust.
- Spread softened cookies and cream ice cream over the crust evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread room temperature hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
- Top with whipped topping. Crush the remaining 6 Oreos and sprinkle on top. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Let ice cream soften before using and allow cake to sit out 10-15 minutes before slicing for best texture. Dip knife in warm water between cuts for clean slices.
