Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon fillet or 4 individual fillets (4 oz each)
- 3 cups green beans
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to ensure the glaze sticks better.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, oregano, rosemary, Kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper in a small bowl. Pour the glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange the green beans around the salmon fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Kosher salt.

Notes
Customize the glaze with Dijon mustard or garlic powder for extra flavor. Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy twist! Leftovers keep well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
