Description

These Keto Halloween Deviled Eggs are a low-carb version of the classic deviled eggs, made with hard-boiled eggs, creamy mayo-mustard filling, and decorated with black olives to resemble creepy spiders.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • 12 whole black olives (for the spiders)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel hard-boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out yolks and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  4. Decorate with black olive halves to form the spider’s body, using the other half for legs.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite flavors!
