Warm, cheesy, and layered with deli meats and tangy peppers, these Hot Italian Sub Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser for any gathering.

- 1 (12-pack) Hawaiian-style rolls, sliced in half horizontally
- 6 oz thinly sliced ham
- 5 oz thinly sliced salami
- 5 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
- 9 slices provolone cheese
- â…“ cup sliced pepperoncini (optional)
- â…“ cup sliced pickled hot cherry peppers (optional)
- ¼ cup salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup warm marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a baking sheet or dish.
- Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with pepperoncini and cherry peppers, if using.
- Top with the other half of the rolls.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- For crispier tops, uncover for the last 5 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with warm marinara sauce, if desired.
Notes
Assemble ahead and refrigerate, brushing with butter just before baking. Leave out the spicy peppers for a kid-friendly version.
