- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean preferred)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (yellow or honey mustard also work)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently using your hands or a spoon. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.
- Shape into four equal patties, about ¾ inch thick. Press a small indent in the center of each patty.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each patty for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
