Description
Soft, chewy cookies packed with crushed Oreos, creamy white chocolate chips, and Oreo pudding mix for extra flavor and long-lasting moisture.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pack (3.4 oz) Oreo cookies and cream pudding mix (dry)
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 to 1½ cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 12–14 cookies)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and pudding mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, portion dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 3–4 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra chewiness, remove from oven when edges are set but centers are still soft. You can replace white chocolate chips with festive M&Ms for a holiday twist. Dough can be frozen for later baking.
