Description

These no-bake Christmas Cranberry Pinwheels are the ultimate festive appetizer — tangy, creamy, colorful, and ready in minutes. Perfect for make-ahead holiday entertaining!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries, softened in warm water for 5 minutes
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, drained cranberries, and crumbled feta. Mix well until evenly blended.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly. Spread with a spatula, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  3. Roll each tortilla into a tight log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove plastic wrap and slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels (about 12 per tortilla). Serve cold.

Notes

Soak cranberries in warm water to plump. Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Chill before slicing for clean cuts. Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
