- ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Stir in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
- Scoop 2-tablespoon portions onto the baking sheet. Makes about 16 cookies.
- Bake for 11–12 minutes until edges are set. Centers may look slightly underbaked.
- Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use confetti-style sprinkles for best texture. Let cookies cool fully to set. Mini chocolate chips offer more even flavor. Dough can be chilled briefly if needed.
