Description

Big Mac Sliders bring the iconic taste of a Big Mac in a fun, bite-sized form! Perfect for parties, game days, or family dinners, these sliders are easy to make and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or soft slider buns)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 9 slices American cheese
  • 24–30 dill pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped white onion
  • â…” cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl to make Big Mac Sauce.
  3. Cook ground beef, salt, pepper, and chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
  4. Place slider buns’ bottoms in the baking dish, spread Big Mac Sauce, add beef mixture, top with American cheese, and dill pickle slices.
  5. Top with the slider buns’ tops, butter, and sesame seeds. Cover with foil and bake for 3-4 minutes to warm through and make the buns golden.
  6. Once baked, add shredded lettuce and additional sauce on top for extra flavor before serving.

Notes
