- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
- Whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
- Toss the cauliflower in the batter, then shake off excess batter.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, and place the cauliflower in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Once the cauliflower is golden and crispy, toss it in the buffalo sauce.
- Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese, and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the hot sauce in the buffalo sauce mix. You can also try different sauces like honey buffalo or garlic parmesan!
