Description

Crispy skin, fluffy inside — this easy Air Fryer Baked Potato is ready in just 30 minutes and needs only pantry staples. Perfect as a side for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pierce each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Test for doneness by inserting a fork; it should slide in easily.
  8. Let cool a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use similar-sized potatoes for even cooking. For extra crispy skin, air fry 3-5 minutes longer. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes.
